What are eyelash extensions?

Eyelash Extensions are individual strands of synthetic fibers made to replicate a natural eyelash. When applied, eyelash extensions lengthen and thicken your own natural eyelashes. The single strands are applied to each individual eyelash, one by one. With proper application, lash extensions look and feel completely natural.

How long will my new lashes last?

Your new lashes will last between 2 to 4 weeks depending on your skincare routine and your own natural lash life cycle. To maintain the full look of your lashes, it will require you to maintain refills every 2-3 weeks

Can I swim, shower or exercise while wearing lash extensions?

Yes. The bonding agent we use is waterproof and allows you to shower, swim, exercise. However we recommend that you DO NOT WASH your eye area for at least 24 hours after the initial eyelash extension application. This allows the bonding agent to fully dry and prolong the life of your extensions.

How do I take care of my new eyelash extensions?

  • Avoid getting lashes wet for the first 24-48 hours
  • Avoid hot steam or sauna
  • Use Removal Pads to remove any eye makeup.
  • Use a mild antibacterial foaming cleanser to cleanse the lashes
  • Do not perm eyelashes or manually curl.
  • Brush with a clean mascara wand daily.
TIP: Sometimes mornings are a mess! Try washing your lashes in the morning and gently brushing the top side of the extensions with a finger placed beneath. If too much tugging is noticed, a quick stop at your local studio may be necessary to help separate these extensions.

How do I track my order?

Each order is sent with a tracking number that you will receive in an email after your order has shipped. Please click the tracking number provided in the body of your email. You can also enter your tracking number at If for some reason you have not received that email, it is possible that the email address you provided with your order is old, incorrect or the email has gone to your spam folder.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of the date of purchase.
